ID conversion input file format

The ID conversion input file must be a plain text file. Each line must contain a single record in the following format:
PointID, Recno, TagName
Constraints:

The file must not contain comment characters (*).

Remove all summary lines (for example, piconfig, Records Listed) before processing the file with the piarchss utility.
