[Alarm]EnableAlarmCountServerCache

If this parameter is set to 1 at startup (enabled), an alarm server will attempt to use existing alarm count objects when immediately responding to a repeated request from multiple clients.

This avoids the situation where the alarm server handles requests independently and queries the same filter criteria for the same results multiple times. This can occur if multiple clients make the same alarm count requests while logged on with the same user account and locale.

Allowable Values:

0 - Alarm count cache is disabled

1 - Alarm count cache is enabled
