The support website communicates over HTTP to the web services.

Enable HTTP Activation

  1. In Control Panel, select Programs and Features.

  2. In the left pane, select Turn Windows features on or off.

    The Windows Features dialog box appears.

  3. Locate and expand the installed version of .NET Framework.

  4. Expand WCF Services, select HTTP Activation, then select OK.
