Parameters

system: Type: OSIsoft.AFPISystem
The PISystem to search for the desired object.
id: Type: SystemGuid
The unique identifier of the object to find.

Return Value

Type: AFSecurityIdentity
The AFSecurityIdentity in the PISystem which matches the unique identifier.

Remarks

The AFSecurityIdentity object with the specified id is returned. If the object does not exist, then will be returned. The PISystem.Supports method can be used to check if the PISystem supports the SecurityIdentity feature.
