The less than relation operator (<) compares its operands to determine which one is less than the other.

Parameters

lhs: Type: OSIsoft.AF.PIPIPointSource
Left hand operator.
rhs: Type: OSIsoft.AF.PIPIPointSource
Right hand operator.

Return Value

Type: Boolean
Returns if the first operand is less than the second, otherwise.

Remarks

By definition, any object compares greater than and two null references compare equal to each other.

This method uses the Name of the objects to perform the comparison operation.
