System requirements

The PI OPC UA Server supports the following PI System versions:

• AVEVA PI Server 2024 R2

• AVEVA PI Server 2018 SP3 Patch 8

The server must be installed on a supported Microsoft Windows operating system.

• Server -- Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 2022, Windows Server 2025

Prerequisites

Before installing the PI OPC UA Server, confirm your system has the following versions of .NET:

• .NET 8 Runtime

• ASP.NET Core 8 Runtime
