Use HyperBubble to switch the rendering of the laser survey from low density points to a high quality image.
You can also view the high quality image using Walk and Fly modes, which provide a fully immersive, interactive experience of the laser survey. For further information, refer to Walk Mode and Fly Mode.
Before you can view HyperBubble™ rendering for the laser survey, you must generate the appropriate textures for the survey. The PCM Server product performs this texture-generation operation. You can upgrade most existing laser projects; for more information, contact PCM Support.
Note: When the application loads HyperBubble™ textures into the display, it uses GPU memory. The application automatically loads the most appropriate data and updates it as you move around the model. Because graphics cards have different memory limits, these limits may affect display results. If the system cannot display parts of the scene using HyperBubble™ textures, it renders those parts using the low-density point cloud. This typically occurs for data more than 20 metres from the viewing point.
