Solid Point Cloud

Use Solid Point Cloud to switch the rendering of the laser survey from low density points to an image that can be quickly rendered on the screen.

You can also view the Solid Point Cloud image using Walk and Fly modes, which provide a fully immersive, interactive experience of the laser survey. For further information, refer to Walk Mode and Fly Mode.

Before you can view Solid Point Cloud rendering for the laser survey, you must re-index the laser data for rendering purposes. The PCM Server product performs this texture-generation operation. You can upgrade most existing laser projects; for more information, contact PCM Support.
