Sample Reports

A set of sample reports are supplied, these include both Layout Templates and Reports. The sample reports are designed to work with the sample database.

To trial the reports on a different project, on the Report Designer tab, in the Report group, click Open to display the Open Report window. Refer to Open Layout Template / Report Definition for further information.
The sample reports are available on the Report Definition and Layout Template tabs of the Open Report window.

Click Open to open the currently selected sample report.
If required, the Look-In drop-down list can be used to navigate to available sample reports.
Sample reports can be used as the basis for custom reports, by opening a sample report, and performing a Save As. Refer to Save As for further information. The sample report can be renamed and then modified to meet specific project needs.
