This setting enables/disables the validation of Project Owner during the Greenfield data upload. It also enables/disables the Available Project Owners list in the Working Set creation wizard used by Allocators in AVEVA NET Gatekeeper.

When it is set to true (the default value), you must specify an existing Project Owner value in the input file. If you are an Allocator, you must select the Project Owner from the Available Project Owners list when you are creating a new Working Set. |

When it is set to false, you can specify a non-existing Project Owner value in the input file. If you are an Allocator, you must type a Project Owner code on the Working Set creation confirmation page when you are creating a new Working Set: <ReferenceDataEnabledFor> |
