Configure the Anonymous Authentication Identity

You have to configure anonymous authentication for both AVEVA NET Gatekeeper and AVEVA Change Manager in Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.

To configure anonymous authentication:

1. Open IIS Manager.

2. In the Connections pane, expand the Sites node, click to select the Default Web Site and then select one of the following:

   • Gatekeeper

   • ChangeManager

3. In Features View, double-click Authentication.

4. On the Authentication page, select Anonymous Authentication.

5. In the Actions pane, click Enable to use Anonymous authentication with the default settings.
