Fetching Non-Checked Out Physical Files

The NonCheckedOutPhysicalFileFetching setting enables/disables the non-checked out Document physical files of Working Sets. This setting affects only those Working Sets that are in the New status.
Note: This configuration setting is only applicable for AVEVA Change Manager.
