PI License Manager

The core PI Data Archive component that validates and maintains license information for the PI Server and all connected PI applications. It loads and interprets the license file, enforces license limits, and reports licensing status to PI System Management Tools and other administrative utilities. PI License Manager can be accessed through PI SMT or the command-line program pilicmgr.
