Shutdown attribute

Base PI point attribute, that when set to On, indicates that a Shutdown digital state should be written when the PI Server stops running. If this attribute is set to Off, such a digital state is not be written. Interfaces that do not run on the PI Server node usually have Shutdown set to Off.
