PI Web Services

A Web service that provides access to PI System data in response to Web service queries. PI Web Services provides programmatic interfaces and Web methods that use standard Internet protocols. Developers can use PI Web Services to create Web client applications for uses such as business systems integration, Web-based visualization, and data access over distributed and secured environments. PI Web Services is a member of the PI Data Access product suite.
