Open an MSG file attachment

Open an MSG file attached to an email.

1. Navigate to the s50040 Email Log screen.

2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

3. In the Sent Emails grid, select a row.

4. Select the Attachments tab.

5. In the grid, select the required MSG file attachment.

6. On the s50040 menu, select Open Email.

   The MSG file opens in Outlook.
