Reopen a site MTO

Reopen a retired site Material Take-Off (MTO) and all the related MTO items. You can make changes after you reopen the site MTO. For the site MTO, in the Site MTO grid, in the Status tab, in the MTO Status field, ensure the value is Retire.

1. Navigate to the s23001 Site MTO screen.

2. In the Current Material control block, from the Project dropdown, select the ID of the required project.

3. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

4. In the Site MTO grid, select a row.

5. On the s23001 menu, in the Work Flow group, from the WorkFlow dropdown, select Re-open Site MTO.

   In the Site MTO grid, in the Status tab, the value in the MTO Status field is updated to Open.

6. (Optional) To undo the workflow update, on the s23001 menu, in the Work Flow group, from the WorkFlow dropdown, select Undo Workflow Actions.

7. To save the changes, on the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
