Create a TMR from s22060

Use a Material Requisition (MR) to create a Technical Material Requisition (TMR).

  1. Navigate to the s22060 Engineering Material Control screen.

  2. In the Current Project control block, perform the following:

    1. From the Project dropdown, select the ID of the required project.

    2. From the Requisition dropdown, select the ID of the required MR.

  3. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

  4. On the s22060 menu, in the Actions group, select Create/Update TMR.

    The d0207 Raise Revision dialog appears.

  5. ln the Revision section, in the Revision field, enter a revision number.

  6. In the Content section, from the Difference Types dropdown, select one of the following:

    • To add materials found through the MR filter with a negative balance compared to the quantities in the TMR, select Req above TMR Qty.

    • To add materials found through the MR filter with a positive balance, which exceeds the rounding increment set in the s40002 Working Surplus Contingency screen, select TMR Qty above Req.

    • To add all the materials found through the MR filter, select All Requirements.

  7. To add the new requirements as new TMR positions, in the Content section, select Append.

  8. To include the requirements for which the entire quantity is on hold, select the On Hold Lines checkbox.

  9. In the Documents section, select any of the following:

    • To include the documents related to the material, select Include Documents.

    • To include the attachments related to the material, select Include Attachments.

  10. Select Continue.

    The s50016 Technical Material Requisition screen appears.

  11. (Optional) Modify the TMR according to your requirements.

  12. To save the changes, on the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
