Copy a hull unit material list to a hull unit

Copy a hull unit material list to another hull unit within the same project.

1. Navigate to the s30000 Hull Unit Material List screen.

2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

3. In the Hull Unit Material List Header grid, select a hull unit material list you want to copy.

4. On the s30000 menu, in the Copy group, select To Hull Unit.

   The d0085 Copy Hull Selection Mat List Within Project dialog appears.

5. From the Target Hull Unit dropdown, select the ID of the target hull unit.

6. (Optional) In the Options section, perform any of the following:

   • To include the hull unit material items in all purchase requirements in the s50022 Material Status List and the s50017 Buyers Queue screens in the target hull unit, select the For Construction checkbox.

     In the copied the hull unit material list, the For Construction checkbox is selected for the hull unit material items.

   • To include the hull unit material items as a requisition in a part list, a Delivery Request List (DRL), and a picking list in the target hull unit, select the For Requisition checkbox.

     In the copied hull unit material list, the For Requisition checkbox is selected for the hull unit material items.

7. To validate the hull unit material list copy, select Test.

   A pop-up window displaying the test result appears.

8. Perform one of the following as required:

   • If the validation is successful, select Ok.

     The pop-up window closes.

   • If the validation is not successful, select Ok, and select the Details tab for more information. Perform the necessary actions and validate the schedule copy again.

9. Select Copy.

   The number of hull unit material lists and items that are copied, not copied, and included in the copy are listed in the Summary tab. For more information, see the Details tab.

   The hull unit material list is copied from the source hull unit to the target hull unit.

10. To close the d0085 Copy Hull Selection Mat List Within Project dialog, select Exit.

11. (Optional) To modify the copied hull unit material list according to your requirements, perform the following:

    1. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

    2. In the Hull Unit Material List Header grid, select the hull unit material list copy, and modify according to your requirements.

    3. To save the changes, on the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
