View activity status from s21012

For a project, view the list of activities with outstanding requirements from part lists that require billing into a Delivery Request List (DRL). You can also select an activity from the d0006 Activity Status dialog to use in the Current Project control block.

1. Navigate to the s21012 Pallet Lists screen.

2. In the Current Project control block, from the Project dropdown, select the ID of the required project.

3. On the s21012 menu, in the Action group, select Activity Status.

   The d0006 Activity Status dialog appears.

4. To refresh the dialog, select the F5 key.

   The list of activities related to the selected project appear.

5. (Optional) To view activities with outstanding material requirements to be requested in a DRL, select the Only non-requested materials checkbox.

6. In the Activity grid, select a row.

7. Select Ok.

   In the Current Project control block, the Activity field is updated with the ID of the activity selected in the d0006 Activity Status dialog.

8. To refresh the screen and view the pallet list related to the selected activity, select the F5 key.
