Reapply implied items to a part list

Automatically add items to a part list based on the rules defined in the s21016 Implied Item Rules screen.

For example, if a gasket is required for every two flanges, then in the s21016 Implied Item Rules screen you can create a rule to specify the same. In the s21000 Part Lists screen, if a part list contains two flanges, then you can use the Re-apply Implied Items functionality to automatically add a gasket to the part list.

1. Navigate to the s21000 Part Lists screen.

2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key

3. In the Part Lists grid, select a row.

4. On the s21000 menu, in the Add Positions group, select Re-apply Implied Items.

   A pop-up window appears.

5. Select Ok.

   If any implied items exist for the selected part list, the items are added to the Part List Items grid.

6. To save the changes, on the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
