Allocate MMT items to a transport package

Allocate items from a Material Movement Ticket (MMT) to a transport package. In the s51006 Material Movement Ticket screen, in the Expediting Items grid, in the Un Allocated grid, in the OutstandingQuantity field, ensure the MMT item has a value.

1. Navigate to the s51010 Transport Package screen.

2. In the Project Selection control block, from the Project dropdown, select the required project ID.

3. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

4. In the Package grid, select a row.

5. On the s51010 menu, in the Add Items group, select Allocate MMT.

   The d0264 Add items from MMT dialog appears.

6. In the Filter Criteria control block, from the MMT dropdown, select the ID of the required MMT.

7. To refresh the dialog, select the F5 key.

8. In the MMT Items grid, select one or more rows, and then select the Enter key.

   In the Package Item grid, the selected items appear.

9. In the Package Item grid, in the Insert Qty field, enter the quantity of the item you want to allocate to the transport package.

10. Select Insert.

    In the Items grid, the allocated MMT items appear.

11. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.

    The items from the MMT are allocated to the transport package.
