View the history of a piping MTO line

View information about the last approved version of a piping Material Take-Off (MTO) line and the changes made to the items in the piping MTO line.

1. Navigate to the s22040 Piping MTO screen.

2. In the Current Project control block, from the Project dropdown, select the ID of the required project.

3. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

4. In the MTO Lines grid, select a row.

5. On the s22040 menu, in the View group, from the History dropdown, select MTO Version History.

   The d6215 MTO History dialog appears. The changes made to the selected piping MTO line since the last revision are highlighted.

6. Select one of the following:

   • Show All: To view all the piping MTO items related to the selected piping MTO version.

   • Show Changes: To view only the piping MTO items that were updated for the selected piping MTO version.

7. To close the d6215 MTO History dialog, select Ok.
