Assign a left over design material to a left over hull material

View the design left over material imported from AVEVA Marine and assign the material to a left over hull material in AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management.

Navigate to the s30010 Hull Material Left Over screen.

In the Original Hull Material section, perform the following:

From the Project dropdown, select the ID of the project related to a Delivery Request List (DRL) of a picked hull material.

From the Nesting ID dropdown, select the nesting ID of the picked hull material.

From the DRL Number dropdown, select the DRL number related to the picked hull material.

From the Hull Material Id dropdown, select the ID of the picked hull material.

In the New Hull Material section, perform the following:

In the Hull Material Id field, enter the hull material ID of the left over material.

In the L field, enter the length of the left over hull material.
-
In the b field, enter the breadth of the left over hull material.

In the Storage section, perform the following:

From the Site dropdown, select the code to identify a site where the left over hull material is stored.

From the Storehouse dropdown, select the code to identify a storehouse within the site.
-
From the Location dropdown, select the code to identify a specific location within the storehouse.

On the s30010 menu, in the Actions group, select From Design LeftOver.
The d0200 Design LeftOver Item Select dialog appears.

From the Project dropdown, select the ID of the project related to the left over design material.

To display only the left over design materials for the original picked hull materials, select the Only Available checkbox.

To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.
In the Hull Material grid, the left over design materials appear.

In the Hull Material grid, select a row, and then select the Enter key.
Ensure the value in the Picked Quantity field for the selected material is greater than 0.
The selected material appears in the Selected Items grid.

Select Insert.
The left over design material is transferred from AVEVA Marine and assigned to a left over hull material.
The fields in the s30010 Hull Material Left Over screen is updated with information from the fields in the Selected Items grid.
