  Additionally, the logic to generate position numbers is enhanced with an extra validation step to prevent duplicates:

• A candidate position number is generated.

• The system checks whether the position number is already in use.

• If the position number is already in use, the system increases the position number by one until an available position number is found.

• The enhancement ensures the generation of unique position numbers and prevents position number collisions.
