Grant Supplier Portal access to a contact

Grant Supplier Portal access to a contact. If a contact has access to the Supplier Portal, then any contact person related to the contact can access the Supplier Portal.

1. Navigate to the s54000 Supplier Portal Access Control Settings screen.

2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

3. In the Contacts grid, select a row.

4. On the s54000 menu, in the Contact group, select Grant Access.

   A pop-up window appears.

5. Read the message and then select Yes.

   In the Contacts grid, the Supplier Portal checkbox is selected.

6. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.

   The contact is granted access to the Supplier Portal.
