Template Types grid
The following table describes the fields in the General tab.

Id |
The unique ID of an email template type. |
|
Status |
Indicates the status of an email template type. If the Status checkbox is selected, the email template type is available for use throughout AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management. |

Predefined |
Indicates an email template type is predefined. |
|
Entity |
The entity defines the concept related to an email template. For example, you can relate an email template to concepts such as purchase order, delivery request list, technical material requisition, and so on. |
|
Include Attachments |
Indicates whether attachments added to an email template are included in the email sent for an entity. When you send an email from the s50019 Request for Quote screen, in the d0369 Send emails to invited suppliers dialog, the Include file attachments in email checkbox is automatically updated based on the Include Attachments checkbox in the s00027 E-Mail Templates screen. However, you can also manually update the Include file attachments in email checkbox directly in the d0369 Send emails to invited suppliers dialog. |

In the Text grid, the following table describes the fields in the General tab.

Language |
The unique code to identify a language related to an email template. |

Subject |
The subject of an email template. |

Text |
The text of an email template. |

Publish |
The ID of a publish definition that generates the email text. If you select a publish definition ID from the Publish dropdown, an HTML type email text combined with the template is generated from the s12017 Publish Definition screen and you cannot manually add text in the Text field or use placeholders. |

File Format |
The file format of a report or a data extract. If the document generated is a report, the supported file format is PDF (.pdf). If the document generated is a data extract, the following file formats are supported:

Parameter Entity Concept |
The entity concept related to the parameters of a report or a data extract. |

Parameters |
The parameters related to a report or a data extract attached to an email template. The parameters are represented in a string format. |

In the Default Recipient Users grid, the following table describes the fields in the General tab.

Recipient User Property |
The user property of the default recipient of an email. For example, if the value in the Recipient User Property field is Purchase Order Header.Buyer, then the recipient of the email is the user defined as the buyer for the related purchase order in the s50018 Purchase Order screen. |

Type |
The type of the default recipient added to an email template. The valid values are To, Cc, and Bcc. |
