Manage data operations

AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management performs several calculations while loading data, some of which can be time-consuming. By default, all calculations are completed during the data load process. If the Allow Data Operations option is not available, the system calculates values only for rows that are visible and performs calculations dynamically for rows as the rows come into view.

1. Navigate to the required screen.

2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

3. Right-select anywhere in the data grid.

   The context menu appears.

4. Select Calculated Data and perform any of the following:

   • To allow the system to perform data calculations while the data loads in the data grid, select Allow Data Operations.

   • To allow the system to perform data calculations while the data loads in the data grid for the current session, select Allow Data Operations in this Session.
